Incentive Itinerary in London and beyond

Day 1

Arrive at a London hotel and meet the guide who will escort our guests to the coach taking them to the exclusive hotel where participants will be attended by their personal butler. After meeting in the private lounge for a welcome drink, they will be taken, by coach, to the Dog Races, a very traditional 'English' experience. They will be able to eat their dinner in the restaurant with panoramic views of the racecourse. Invite our guests to place their bets and try their luck with the fast and agile greyhounds, while they experience the bustling and exciting world of the 'regulars'.

They will have time to count their winnings on the coach on the way back to the hotel.

Today our guests leave after breakfast to visit one of the hidden treasures on the outskirts of London, Syon Park and House, home of the Duke of Northumberland, whose family has lived here since the late 16th century. The present house has Tudor origins but contains some of Robert Adam's finest interiors commissioned in the 1760s. In the 30 acres of gardens, landscaped by Capability Brown, participants will have the chance to admire the spectacular Great Conservatory. During the visit the group will stop for a tea/coffee break in one of the richly decorated reception rooms. Weather permitting, you will be able to take a stroll in the beautiful garden before proceeding to our next destination.

The highlight of the day is Ascot, where the guests will be treated to a private lunch on arrival. The rest of the afternoon will be spent enjoying one of the most popular sports in England, horse racing, in the most prestigious location.

Old aristocracy and 'new rich' gather here for these meetings which have become 'The place to be' (if you want to be noticed or if you want to show your power). This is the place where champagne flows non stop, smoked salmon is the most popular appetiser and lobsters are to be included in most menus, while people socialise and mingle talking about the weather, holidays and the stock market.

This is the chance to bet on the most popular horses in the world and follow the excitement of the race while the crowd cheers on their favourite.

In the late afternoon they will be escorted back to their hotel where they will have some time to unwind and relax before going down to the hotel restaurant for a rewarding evening meal.

Day 2

Day 3

If your guests want to have a deeper inside view of the British lifestyle, they need to go back to the past and see how the Royals lived in the former Royal Palaces. Today they will have a private visit of Hampton Court, the palace which was designated official residence by Henry VIII and which has been home to some of England's greatest Kings and Queens, and the scene of many of the most significant events and dramas in royal history. Stroll through the Royal Courts, the Chapel Royal, the King's Apartments or William III's private study. Learn about the etiquette and customs of Tudor nobles and Georgian courtiers from knowledgeable guides dressed in period costume.

At the end of the visit the guests will reach the river banks by the palace where they will take a private boat along the Thames back to central London. During the cruise they will enjoy a typical English picnic, with sandwiches, salads, cold dishes and a selection of desserts.

On disembarking guests will enjoy some free time.

Tonight they will experience modern Britain with a visit to the new and unique exhibition dedicated to wines produced all over the world. It is most unusual that such exhibition is open in a country that is not a producer, but it shows the growth of wine consumption in the country against the more traditional and cheaper beer.

Guests will be introduced to new flavours and will be invited to taste some of the most distinctive wines. Dinner will follow with a choice of wine.

The experience is over and your guests will be given some free time perhaps for some exclusive shopping in Knightsbridge, in Saville Row or Regent Street, before taking the coach to the airport for departure.
